Community Corner - Patterson Railway Station
In addition to changes that see Zone 1 fares applied, as outlined over the page, some other changes have also been taking place at Patterson Road Station.
Improved safety and security measures have been put in place at our station. Since late last year Protective Services Officers now patrol on and around Patterson Station each evening from 6pm through to the last train service. The station has also had an upgrade to the lighting and other safety and security measures are being carried out as part of the upgrade program for the Frankston train line.
You’ll also see in the above image a unique feature of Patterson Road Station. “Stationary Faces” is a mosaic artwork feature that takes up the entire wall space of the Patterson Road underpass at the station. If you’re not a regular visitor to the station or are from outside of our neighbourhood be sure to call past and take a look.
If you have a community event or local business you
